Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text). If you choose to complete your profile, we also collect your name, school, firm, and type of legal practice. If you upgrade to a paid plan, our payment processor, Stripe, handles your card details directly — we never see or store your card number.

Session content

During a hearing, we transcribe your spoken argument in real time so the AI judge can respond and so we can generate your debrief afterward. On paid plans, we also store an audio recording of the session so you can play it back from your history. This content is used to run the product and to generate your feedback — we don't sell it, and we don't use it to train third-party models beyond what's required to serve the realtime voice session itself.

How we use your information

• To operate and improve the product.
• To bill paid subscriptions and prevent abuse of free usage limits.
• To send account-related email (verification, password reset, receipts).
• To respond to messages sent through our contact form.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the vendors that run the product on our behalf — our cloud database provider, our payment processor (Stripe), and our voice-AI provider (OpenAI, for the realtime judge and transcription) — each bound to protect it, and never for their own marketing purposes. We don't sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can review and update your profile from your account page at any time. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at the address below.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above.
